Seaside Village is one of the newest housing developments in the area. Construction began in 2002 and was completed in 2015. There is a total of 118 townhomes and a private marina with 100 deeded boat slips. Boat slips can only be owned by Seaside Village unit owners. The community features abundant open space including multiple ponds, public walkways, and beautifully landscaped common areas.
There were several construction phases over a 13-year period with several different national builders. Depending on the phase, the townhome will have a specific layout and may or may not be condominium ownership. It’s important that you discuss your options with an experienced realtor who is familiar with this development. Next door you can find Ocean City classics The Dough Roller, Hooper’s Crab House and The Candy Kitchen. There are also several fast-casual options within walking distance including Chipotle, Chick-fil-a, and Starbucks.
A few blocks down the road you will find two world-class marina’s, Sunset and Fisherman’s Marinas, and some of the best seafood restaurants in town, including Sunset Grille and home of the Orange Crush, Harborside Bar & Grill. Find More info on Seaside Village below our Community Video.
